Women Empowering Women For The Next Generation Ministries ®

Women Empowering Women for the Next Generation Ministries (WEW, Inc.) was founded in February 2005 by Cynthia McCarter-Williams. WEW, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c) (3) tax-exempt corporation. It is a faith base organization that offers self-help, spiritual renewal, and enrichment programs for women and children.

Our community outreach service includes empowerment classes such as Skills Training, Life after Loss, Youthquake, and Write the Vision. Our community outreach programs are designed to help those in need. Through collaboration with other organizations, WEW, Inc. is not only able to provide a variety of services and programs for women and children; but, able to provide life-changing experiences towards self-love and self-sufficiency to help break the barrier of homelessness.

We do not require that you belong to any particular religious affiliation or financially support our organization in any way. We do ask that you return one good deed with another and perform an act of kindness. This way, the cycle of compassion and goodwill continues indefinitely to pay it forward.

Our mission is to provide services and resources to help individuals in their personal growth, to become self-sufficient in every area of their life. WEW, Inc., provides services that include life skills training, basic essential needs help through our community outreach programs. These services support domestic violence, underprivileged communities, homelessness, women, and children.

Provide a support system (spiritual, mental, physical, and social) that will encourage people to impact the next generation and influence of the world around them.

And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: Thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.

- Isaiah 58:12

We are committed to helping people. Each of our team members and volunteers is amazing in their own right, but together they are what makes WEW, Inc. a diverse, inclusive, fun, and rewarding place to give their time and talents. The key is a shared vision of the mission, which is to provide services, and resources to help a person in their personal growth, to become self-sufficient in every area of their life.
